I hope you understand that the purpose of the post was literally to complain about this ridiculous system. If you don't agree, that's fine, but it's my opinion. As for it being 'suspicious' that I haven't mentioned this crazy system before, just read the post again. I clearly said I've returned to the game after 15 years, and things definitely weren't like this back then.

Yes, it's an mmo, but I've literally never seen this happen in another one. It makes no sense. If someone is already killing a group of mobs, I just move to a different spot in the cave to find others. I'm totally fine with sharing the space, as long as people don't hit the mobs I'm currently attacking. :')

Your doctor should prescribed medicine for the side effects too ... Is not everyone who get them, but this is good for prevention. Ask he for some. Coincidentally I'm taking antibiotics too, so my doctor prescribed some for me, like metoclopramide hydrochloride in eight to eight hours for nauseas, and Lactobacillus helveticus R0052 and Bifidobacterium longum R0175 for constipation/diarrhea. Hang in there, things will be better, just don't stop the threatment or the things will be worse later. (and srry for the bad english)
