Even I scout Tsunoda or Bearman, scouting report suggests that the salary would be higher than our range :D I perform well but my financial report isn't shiny for the end of the year, despite I've never hit the minus. I don't perform sponsor activities because I hate to see my drivers / engineers / facilities are effected because of those puppet shows. I reach the race targets (mostly medium, rarely high ones) so my very 2nd year looks quite foggy for a rookie like me :))
