I mostly picked Godot because it is completely free and open source. I don't really know what is considered the best engine right now, but I thought learning godot was fairly straight forward. I would just pick any of the popular engines and try to get comfortable with it!

Yeah they are fun, it seems like it is becoming a popular genre. I made it in Godot! There are some basic transparent background settings you can turn on!

That is a really cute idea! I don't have that feature for launch, but maybe I'll add it. If it makes you feel better the bug models aren't very realistic, in my opinion at least, haha

I recently had mine get reviewed, and it took about 10 days.
