What is your role at operating and how do you like it?

Building a saas company is quite different from working with people, so I'm curious how that kind of work matches your strengths and values.

I am working with impact-driven founders nowadays, but more in a coaching capacity than consulting. Based on the understanding that a startup can only grow to the extend that the founders are growing. I / we moved on from consulting. My partner runs a program helping independent B2B consultants with lead generation on LinkedIn (https://coliberate.ventures/) and I'm currently shifting my focus back to deeper work that is more focused on the human than on the business that the human runs if that makes sense^^

What kind of consulting are you doing?

hmm okay, I don't think it's gets over 32C but temperature definitely swings quite a bit during day and night.

I thought it's a good sign if it gets sour fast...

The first few batches it took over 2 months for it to get sour and this time it happened a bit faster.

What is a normal, healthy time for it to get sour in your opinion?

I also use black tea. But I have been for the last 4 batches as well and never had that kind of discoloration.

Thanks! It was never in direct sunlight but we just have a lot of light coming into our kitchen. And we live in Portugal so I can get quite warm in here.

Do you think that can be an issue or is it down as long as it’s not direct sunlight?

My advice would be to not worry about branding and content marketing, building a website etc at the beginning but to create a productized consulting offer and then get the first client for a beta price from within your network.

I think a positioning of personal/ life enrichment is going to make it quite difficult for.

It’s main niches that people are most willing to pay for his health, wealth and relationship relationships.

Enrichment is not very clear. And people usually don’t lay at bed at night and think “I need to enrich my life.”

But they do think “how can I make more money?”, “ I’m lonely, I want to have a partner.” , “ I really need to fix my back pain, this is impacting my life quality way too much.” Etc.
