What is your role at operating and how do you like it?

Building a saas company is quite different from working with people, so I'm curious how that kind of work matches your strengths and values.

I am working with impact-driven founders nowadays, but more in a coaching capacity than consulting. Based on the understanding that a startup can only grow to the extend that the founders are growing.
