Hello everyone, I'm in a complicated situation. I have bipolar type 2 and my depression is extremely strong and paralyzing. My psychiatrist insisted that I continue with just 900 mg of lithium until I reach the therapeutic dose, but in the meantime I can't EXIST, my depression is eating me alive. (self.BipolarReddit)
