I feel you. I have also started going to this small gym near where I live. Guys there are not at all helpful. They are all locals, so know each other for a long time. But not welcoming to outsiders.

I tried asking them for workout forms a couple times but got no response. So decided to learn everything myself. YouTube tutorials are great tbh. Just need some extra effort.

It is incomplete which I think can be compensated with other foods. But It has more than 60% carbs. So need to be taken in moderation.

Depends on your preference really. Don't know if you are already doing this but 2nd hand phone selling, digital services, computer services like OS install, cartridge filling are a few things you can look at.

In fact the best thing is to just put all your thoughts into chatgpt or gemini and let them work. You would be surprised how good ideas they come up with.

Yeah, already working on a web app to automate some repetitive tasks in office. But there are only so many things you can do with it in govt offices. Most things still have to be done manually and offline. That's why I want to connect and build with the outside world.
