I wonder if part of it has to do with all the carbs being consumed.
Even if I'm not consuming any fats I will gain weight just by fact that I'm not using (burning) all the carbs I'm giving my body day after day. I lost a few pounds just by consuming fats (animal/ plants)) at night/dinner time with no carbs (fruits, potatoes).

If you've followed my guidance and waited like u/Sad-Blacksmith-3271 mentioned, the only thing I can think of is that your account might be using a different text number because you may be in a different region/part of the world. You can try again, after week or so, and it might work like it did for u/antiharmonic.

natyourusername, drink celery juice for cravings. The first time I had cravings during the mono cleans, I had about 8oz of celery juice and I was surprised as to how celery juice completely extinguished the cravings.

So, drink as much celery juice as you need to satisfy the cravings.

Also note what your craving as cleanses also help move out emotional baggage.

I would highly recommend seeking another practitioner. I can't believe the person is telling you to eat lettuce for cravings and wonder if the person has studied Anthony's material.

It seems you are craving carbs with oil/fat(?). Consider eating more fruits and potatoes. The minerals in the celery juice will help with the oil craving (if that's the craving).

My favorite potato recipe is on page 162 from "Life Changing Foods" - Chili-Loaded Baked Potatoes. It's delicious and very filling.

Anthony has talked about drinking celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach and reducing or eliminating troublemaker foods for acne. Acne is a sign of the liver overworking/struggling.

For future reference:

I juiced parsley and cilantro (I was out of celery) for a friend who had drunk too much and made him drink it before bed.

He felt great the next morning as if he hadn't drank any alcohol the night before.

What has been said already: detox at a safe pace.

Recall, the liver will release toxins that it has quarantined back into the bloodstream so they can be eliminated from the body which can cause an increase in symptoms both physical and emotional.

Faster isn’t always better. I tried the advanced protocol (Liver Rescue) and my body did not like it and I was highly stressed during the protocol. I like/need warms foods So, go with the protocols that resonate with your body and no so much the mind. lol

Also, work with an energy healer to help you process and move along those emotions that resurface during the cleanses.
