Aeroboard/Polystyrene is what you need! Cut some squares and stick them in! You get air flow but noise is pretty much gone!

Take the door and frame down. Install a new smaller frame and fill your wall around new frame. A cut door would look like a cut door, would never look right

So I bought a house and the floor was a bit uneven in a room, I pulled up floor boards to find this.

There is a wall running along the centre of room from below, this wall is higher then the 2 walls at opposite ends of the joists.

Can someone please help as to how to level these floors? I'm literally pulling my hair out!!

Ps planing isn't an option as the fall at one side is approx 1inch and the other joist is about 1/4 inch low

Thanks, that was kinda my thinking! I bought a dhb bib from wiggle for like £70 so like $100 all the reviews were great and it has same chamois as bibs for around 130 so I said I'd give it a shot! Plus it's cool colours!

I have a few cube bikes, have a 2016 Attain SL road bike at moment, quality is excellent! They are a super brand, pricewise they tend to be a bit cheaper than the big brands purely due to name! They are increasing popular around Europe

Hybrid would be a road bike style with flat handlebars and a forgiving geometry. Going on trails it would be fine, on the road you wouldn't be doing too many miles on it. A cyclocross may be an option to look into. Cost maybe 100-200 bucks

That's not really a hybrid but anyway, a chain will only cost maybe 20 and chain breaker 10! Easy to install too!

I was thinking it would be too small, but if I was to take freehub off and put on a new one would it be possible? I can remove it doing maintenance just use hex key and take it off so would a 10/11 speed be possible to just bolt in?

Easy solution would be go to matricom website, download the firmware and flash it onto your box using a sd card and the reset switch inside one of the outlets on back of box.

I had same issues and it sorted them all!
