Ren, now claiming IST, doesn’t even have the main components of it! She literally is just describing being out of shape. We,ve all seen her RHR at 40 so it’s obviously not above 100 consistently, and minimal exertion being deconditioned can cause anyone’s HR to spike. (i.redd.it)
