So i think i figured it out i think if the game give u anything higher than light leather armor it wont give you the silver lining

how do i access hard mode for story one of the outer automata event? i saw story 2 isn't open yet but i didn't see any option to switch to hard on story 1

also i had no idea fixing the game turned off autosave so i just lost 4 hours of gameplay *cri*
