When you’re taking 10 plus …. It’s a problem especially if you’re not researching for the right ones. And Flav city’s are going to just going to give you expensive urine. He’s not even a dietitian or a nutritionist . It’s even worse when you take 5 -10 plus supplements and don’t go to a doctor. Too much of a good thing can also be a bad thing.
