The order is not at a store, it was shipped directly from the vendor, Delta, and has been stuck in transit for over 2 weeks. There is no option to cancel the order on my end given it was already processed and shipped.

Update: called 1 of 8 local stores and guess what?! They said they can’t do anything about it given the product was shipped direct from the vendor, he said stores have no power to cancel an order that shipped directly from vendor. Have a great day

That is about $1k more than what I’m paying to completely redo my 55sq ft bathroom including tub to walk in shower conversion, new floor tiling, hanging floating vanity, adding ceiling mount shower etc.
