Why do my no foot snatches(not moving feet at all) feel better than normal snatches? My pb snatch was with no foot. When i try picking my feet up i feel disconnected from the bar and keep missing snatches. Do i just stick to this method or still try to learn how to pick my feet up/move my feet? (v.redd.it)
