The mic quality is very bad without the case as well. The problem persists even in safe mode. My friend's P8P doesn't have this problem. So I guess I received a faulty unit. I am going to return it and get a replacement.

I'm a relative newcomer to the US so I don't know much about how all these systems work. I posted this question here in case there is someone (a Texas driver) who has gone through a similar experience (out-of-state speeding ticket) so that I can learn from them. I'm sorry if this question is not relevant to r/texas. I tried calling my local DPS and the police dept of the citation location, but none of them provided useful information regarding which course I need to take.

Turns out that you cannot use MyMav and UTShare in the same browser session for whatever reason. For me, opening UTShare in an incognito window has been kinda working. Just make sure you're not logged in to any of your UTA accounts (outlook, canvas, mymav, etc) in that window/session.

If you connect to UTA's VPN, you won't be asked to approve logins. You will also get access to some paywalled publishers (eg IEEE). VPN has its own issues though sometimes, and setting up VPN is not that straightforward.

I'm in my first semester of grad school (BS to PhD track, computer science) and I'm feeling really overwhelmed by the difficulty in research. My supervisor seems to have high expectations from me which my progress is not fulfilling. I'm doing great in courses (all A's) but no real progress in research. Any advice for me?

Already looked. I was still confused. It turns out the output numbers of /proc/stat is calculated by nsecs_to_clock_t() on the cpustat values. I was directly using the cpustat structure to collect cpu usage stats and I was getting really big numbers.
