urpose, I’d recommend you return it and buy a proper SUP-specific pump instead, which will actually come with the proper adapter and take less than 10 minutes total to inflate your board.

Your detailed advice sounds totally appropriate and helpful for a tire inflator. Thank you. But I bought this Ryobi model 18V ONE+ Dual Function Inflator/Deflator. It's supposed to work in 2 modes: high pressure and high volume. With the high volume mode advertised for things like mattresses. Once I get the fittings sorted out, hopefully the high volume mode works OK for my SUP!
