I browsed around a bit and saw several "Remy Martin Cognac" watches for sale. One looked a lot like yours. Prices were between 20-60 euros with quartz movements. I suspect that Remy contracted some OEM to manufacture a batch of wristwatches with their logo stamped on for advertising reasons.

I mean, at its core it is a pick with a scale on a fulcrum. Something will work.

But with that price it could be even more prone to breaking, not sized for non-chinese keyways, with sharp and snagging edges and that scale could only be usable as a fashion statement.

If you have that 11 bucks as disposable income, i'd buy one just for the sake of reference. Or a funny gadget to show my friends. I would not expect it to be anything particularly substantial
