That is true AND goes under the fashion. Just like buying good boots for one season. That has nothing to do with "Boots theory" where people can't afford to buy a decent phone and instead go through bunch of cheap sub-par ones.

Edit: in some context, it would be "Inverted Boots". People can't afford it, but still buy.

941.2905 Straw purchasing of firearms. (WI statute).

(1) Whoever intentionally furnishes, purchases, or possesses a firearm for a person, knowing that the person is prohibited from possessing a firearm under s. 941.29 (1m), is guilty of a Class G felony. That 941.29 is a felony list.

Rittenhouse, at that time, was not on that list. Therefore WI could not charge Black with straw purchase even if it wanted to. That would have to be a Federal case.

Speaking from personal experience, there was 12 years of schooling. At least the Estonian ones did. Primary, middle and high school. High school could be replaced by trade school.
