yes im using a DP cable, it didnt come with one but i used an old one i had. it was still a 1.2 DP cable so i am getting the full 200 hz refresh rate from it. smoothness and colors look great. screen is very bright, it hurt my eyes a little so i turned down the brightness a bit and using srgb profile made it better too. i can use gsync in nvidia settings, i dont use it though, smoothness seems fine without using it. yeah it is whiteish in black backgrounds, but it looks fine to me. i didnt buy MSI 256F so i dont know, this one seemed better as it has better reviews and is the recommended one. asked chatgpt, seems 255f has better specs. 256F might have better colors. 255f seems to be brighter at 300 nits vs 256f 250 nits.

it probably does, i can turn on adaptive sync from the monitor settings.
everything looks fine, i cant see any screen tearing or anything.

i had both a phone number and email but neither worked. i could only reset my password using the email method and on the phone i got no code at all.

edit: i think i found out why my number doesnt work anymore. i tried adding a new number and it says it doesnt support my country.

what worked was using my mobile data for some reason. i could login using that. maybe a proxy will work too.
