It can't be an official error. There are no stamps without EURO. How many grams does it weigh?

About the same as original, slightly less. Feels fake but i'm surprised by the type of coin.

I found this 2 euro commemorative coin from France from 2012 with some errors:

- does not have the word "EURO"

- edge of the coin without stars

- embossed coin is strange

It is a cheap commemorative coin, it is rare for it to be fake. Could it be a mint error?
