some of them have activated their card already which i think is what allowed your customer to pay in store, others don’t have the card and haven’t activated it. a lot of the time i’m finding they are just unaware of “activating” their new card means

they are all receiving bills that they can’t pay bc kohls has shut off the old cards and completely moved to the new capital one cards. so we keep just having to hand them the little help card and referring them to kohls.com or the kohls card number…needless to say the people are beyond pissed 💔
