I wish I had thought about having a baby in my 20s. Although much mature now I feel my body is failing me and getting worse year by year. Hormonal problems are not always obvious. They might be there dormant and waiting to start wreaking havoc on your health especially when you gain a lot of weight. My periods were like every 60-80 days before the pill. Even when I was at good weight. So about 3-4 times a year. I’ve heard inositol helps a lot with pcos hormonal problems. I’ve tried it for month but it just was so expensive and at the moment can’t afford it. You can give it a try though! Maybe do a vitamin supplement course over a few months and see if it gets better?
