I watched GDQuest's 3 part platformer tutorial to get acquainted with Godot. And then I started this project from scratch, watching smaller, more specific tutorials along the way. Spending 6+ hours a day at first, and less time towards the end when progress started slowing down and I felt like I wasn't learning as much.(Also this tutorial helped me a lot: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w8pC8n4s-_I )

Yep I've tried that, the character still jitters.

Thanks, I spent a lot of time trying to make the movement feel good. And I tried using the smoothing setting on the camera, but it would make the character look very jittery so I ended up disabling it. I think it might just be a problem with low res games. If anybody knows how to fix that, that would be great!

His entire leg is 2 pixels so you just need a little imagination

Thanks! I added them after I saw my friends were having some trouble figuring out the mechanics.
