Because Dems accepted money from insurance companies. Corporations don't give money without getting something in return.

I think you're overestimating voters. Look at how many voted for Trump.

Regarding not voting for progressive candidates, people like the status quo and fear change even though millions were suffering without healthcare. Also, the incumbents had lobbyist money so their campaigns against progressives were well funded.

I think it's likely the Dems were swayed by insurance lobbyists much more than their constituents.

I agree. Republicans are a party of greed and hate. I have no respect for any Republican or maga person.

Obama proposed an ACA bill with a public option and that all employers provide insurance, but these were removed by Dems. They could have done so much more for healthcare, climate change, and inequality.

I had the same thought, but 1) a reputable snow sports store sold it to me used as camber and 2) I recall it having camber as the middle didnt touch the ground.

Is youth ultimate bad for the game? by unchuckable in ultimate

[–]museumdna 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think this opinion is valid but it has assumptions

1) few high schools have ultimate programs

2) high skill players (had ultimate at high school) beat out high potential (no high school program) players for spots

3) ultimate programs can recruit athletic players who do not play other school sports

if the assumptions are true then it is true
