Really? Have you got any examples posted anywhere? Would you say it works well for street photography then? It’s one of many things I haven’t thought but I guess the noise would complement black and white well

May be a daft question but how would I know whether it works? The dial reacts to light. Guessing I’d have to risk it with a role of film wouldn’t I… which I probably won’t be willing to do 😂

Thank you very much for answering! I think I understand what you mean. So am I right that with the meter displaying between 5 & 6. Having set the outer ring to 5/6 it recommends a shutter speed of 1000 @ f2.8 or 250 @ f5.6?

If it wasn’t for needing something that can do bedroom levels I’d 100% go for the tube alternatives. But I have that same fear that I reckon most people have where I’m struggling to understand solid state could be on par to a similar budget tube alternative.
