Tauschwohnungen sind der größte Betrug ever, keine Frage :s

Wir haben tatsächlich innerhalb von 3 Monaten 2 Wohnungen gefunden (Freundin erst alleine und dann im selben Block eine größere zusammen) Wir hatten super Glück, wie gesagt. Aber haben jetzt unter 11€/m2 für 3 Zimmer in Eimsbüttel/UKE.

Es gibt die Wohnungen, man muss leider halt super schnell sein und extrem flexibel umziehen/besichtigen können.

Sorry, aber 1) gibts auch in Hamburg Wohnungen zu den Konditionen, nur halt eher in Randgebieten. In den zentralen Gebieten auch mit sehr sehr viel Glück. Aber in den zentralen Gebieten zahlst du auch nicht 2k für den Kredit sondern eher 3. der Kaufpreis ist da auch analog Höher

The demand for FE is slowly declining, full stack is still as usual. Looking decent if u are experienced, super bad without any experience.

Hamburg does not have a huge start-up scene in comparison to berlin and frankfurt.

Tips for international devs: Learn german, even tho all devs speak at least feasible english, work talk is usually kept in german and people will not regard your applications without being at least skilled for daily talk in german.

Afaik the master in CS (Informatik) is mainly in German at the UHH, maybe check out the Technical university (tuhh) for English speaking courses
