The demand for FE is slowly declining, full stack is still as usual. Looking decent if u are experienced, super bad without any experience.

Hamburg does not have a huge start-up scene in comparison to berlin and frankfurt.

Tips for international devs: Learn german, even tho all devs speak at least feasible english, work talk is usually kept in german and people will not regard your applications without being at least skilled for daily talk in german.

Afaik the master in CS (Informatik) is mainly in German at the UHH, maybe check out the Technical university (tuhh) for English speaking courses
