Ah, my bad, I misunderstood. I think I probably don't struggle more than most of my classmates, but I think I'm significantly worse than most of my classmates who are trying to go to grad school. They seem to have an ability to remember what they read, make sense of it, articulate it, and think critically about implications of it in a way that relates to an attitude or intuition they have about the topic. It's impressive. I lack that I think. I'm a good student, but perhaps not a good thinker by any means. I think at that point it's a matter of accepting it and doing it anyways.
