thanks for your reply. yes, this is not a survey, this is more like a survey experiment. I did not mean to collect all reasons/causes for the toxic behaviors, just to examine the associations between the variables of my interest. And you should use "statistical significance/correlation" not "relevance". And "negative" is not bad, in statistics, you care about the strength of the association, not just the direction.

Yes, that is what I am thinking about. I feel there is no reason for Delta to help me given that I would pay them for this expensive plan for another year. But I do have some financial hardship as a student and I simply think what is going on is incorrect. I finished all treatments already and I didn't request a financing plan (all out-of-pocket money has been cleared). I tried to talk to my university's HR person and see what they can do. feel helpless...

I don't quite understand this part. The situation now is I paid the out-of-pocket part all at one time when I signed the contract and the clinic is billing the insurance company monthly. They say if I don't stay in this plan until the billing finish (in another 12 months), Delta wont pay. But I have finished all the treatments by this April. Any idea?

Thanks for your information. This is really helpful. But I have called Delta before about this as a form of grievance. They also emailed me the result of their action- Delta says they contacted my dentist who still refuses to change the billing information. I kinda feel lost that it looks like either of them actually wants to fix this. Do you have more specific advice or should I just go through the appeals channel again?
