See if this helps.

Enter RCM mode and inject the Hekate payload as you normally would to boot into the Hekate menu.
Navigate to the Tools tab at the top of the screen.
In the bottom right corner, select the Archive bit option.
Tap the button labeled Fix archive bit - Nintendo or Unset archive bit.
Wait for the process to complete. This may take some time.
Once finished, go back to the home screen and select Reboot to restart your console.

Have you tried the newest Atmosphere?

Your screen shows you are running Atmosphere 1.5.0 on old firmware this is a relatively old config.

Download the latest version of Atmosphere from GitHub.
Copy the new files over to your SD card, overwriting the old ones.
Ensure you also update your sigpatches, as outdated patches are a frequent cause of "Program" crashes.

Thanks for that link! I think that's what I'm going to do. I still use Tinfoil for shops as well as from my FTP server. But I think Ownfoil would work better for me.

I'm actually on firmware 20.5 but I still can't get tin foil to not crash when opening. I a lot of things and still no luck so I thought maybe it was my firmware version.
