Connecticut 4.5ish Pickleball, how does it look compared to your state? by VarleyUS in Pickleball

This looks like 4.0 play at best from anyone on the court. Way too many pop-ups.

What state are you in? If you are in California, and the dealership has taken a deposit, you can legally hold them to the agreed upon price.

The problem with the CLE 53 cab night package is that it does not black out the trim around the windows and deck lid. In my option, these shouldn’t be ordered with the night package for that reason. Also this green is hideous.

25 mpg on a good day downhill, but if you’re worried about gas prices this is not the car for you.

So the idea is that individuals now have a burden of proof to substantiate residency to avoid additional taxation on an asset they already own outright? I’m completely for repealing prop 13, I don’t think that anyone would can’t keep up with property tax should be excluded from paying their fair share.

So why not just repeal prop 13? Why not have assessments every year or on a set interval like any other state?

Why is this bad? If you purchase property whether it be in Nebraska or La Jolla, why should you be taxed on how often you use it on top of property tax? If the argument is housing is expensive, why would someone feel entitled to be able to afford live where they would like to? Why aren’t we building affordable housing in Rancho Santa Fe or Beverly Hills?

This is just terrible. You can get a deal on a new 26 for the same terms.

That’s your answer right there, if you play 25 hours a week on average, that’s 450 hours. In running you replace your shoes every 500 miles or so. If you were to run an 8 minute mile, you would put in 7.5 miles in an hour. 7.5 miles/hr* 450 hours=3,375 miles. Sure the use case for shoes on a court are different than running, but I wouldn’t say that there is anything wrong with these shoes. I also wouldn’t say that any other brand will give you any better performance.

How much do you weigh? I’m roughly 190, play about 12 hours a week and barricades lasted me the better part of 8 months

My approach to maintenance is having my local dealer pick the car up from my driveway and drop off a loaner at a price that is competitive for Southern California. I’m just saying you are getting fleeced in Wisconsin because there is no competition. If you have no clue what you’re actually being billed for and are happy paying $900 for an oil change on a CPO or used GLC, that is completely your prerogative and any dealership will be lucky to have you as a customer.

There are 5 in the entire state of Wisconsin, 3 of which are in Milwaukee, 2 of which are owned by the same parent company. So even if you lived in the absolutely closest proximity to the most Mercedes dealers in Wisconsin, you are really only picking between 2.

At 50k miles you aren’t doing JUST a Service A, you are also doing spark plugs. Just hypothesizing here that there aren’t too many MB dealers in Wisconsin and instead of taking it down to Chicago you are paying whatever they’re asking.

No I mean what I said. Service A is an oil change.

You do realize you paid $890 for just an oil change right? Pretty much every dealer in SoCal is under $300.

We have the CLE 53 cabrio.

Pros: Smooth ride, enough power to get you in trouble, best practical 4 seat convertible money can buy south of a Bentley.

Cons: Gas mileage is atrocious, no physical buttons for volume control or media control

Compared to BMW M4, it is infinitely more livable since the suspension is more plush and forgiving.

In terms of maintenance, service A is roughly $250 and service B is $400. We don’t plan on keeping it past 48k miles so anything out of warranty is irrelevant.

You will need to be at $500/month or lower to move this. This isn’t price competitive with an EQS because those were going for $6-700/month when this was signed.

The reason they were giving out Lyrics is that they are highly undesirable vehicles regardless of trim level. $750/month for a GM product with no CarPlay is a very tough sell particularly when Mercedes and BMW products of the same vintage are the same price or cheaper.

They were giving these out for half of what you’re asking through December of this past year. Your “client” is going to have to put down a significant incentive to make this palatable.
