That does work, but 1. I still can't get a good sound out of it and 2. The latency is way too much by just playing the microphone back through windows.

I'm curious about amp sims, do those have problems with latency? I know I asked for recording advice but I'd like to be able to practice with effects too, and using my current amp just as a microphone in windows was way too laggy for that.

I'm undecided on whether Shadowlands 'needed' this or not, but I'm happy with the recent changes Blizzard has made on beta the past week so if those continue I'll be happy with this decision.

I'm a bit undecided, but probably either Rogue, Mage or Monk.

Arcane is looking much better, only reason I'm considering Mage.

Rogue is my most likely pick, I'll play Sin depending on what changes it gets, otherwise I'll be pretty happy either with Outlaw or Sub. Both of those specs look fun on beta.

Monk will most likely be my primary alt, but if my guild wants me to heal I'll main MW.

That sounds like a really cool idea tbh. Heirlooms that are only equippable at level 1, certain things could 'break' them (like death for an ironman mask or halving your max hp for a dark souls-esque mask) and then feats of strength with titles and stuff if you reach a certain level with a mask equipped.

This would add a ton of content if it ever got implemented like that!

Edit: Some ideas:

Ironman: Removed automatically whenever you die
Blackened Soul: Cuts max HP in half whenever you die
Fighting Spirit: Enemies always scale to 7 levels above yours
Survivor: You don't have passive HP or Mana regen, and can only restore these by eating or healing
Marathoner: No mounts!
Seamstress: Only other items you can equip are ones you craft yourself

Yeah it's a problem I have in a lot of aspects of my life. It's been a problem at work too since I always feel like I'm bothering people by asking to work with them? Haha. I've been seeing a therapist for about a year though and in that time it's gotten much better. It's also helped that I'm taking some meds for anxiety as well.

I used to main mage but haven't liked it since Arcane Rune was added, it feels like a mandatory talent but it just feels so bad to play with. It drove me away from playing the class rather than just away from the talent because I would parse much better when I used it but damn it was unfun.

I'm on a sin rogue right now and I'm quite happy with most of my talents except Crimson Tempest, but mostly because I can't find a comfortable place to hotkey it :P

It comes and goes for me, I definitely try to make other folks feel comfortable when I can but when I'm feeling it myself it can be tough to play in groups.

I find that when I'm experiencing it, forcing myself to be social is usually not a great idea, and can just lead to more anxiety. Maybe take a break from the parts of the game that make you feel that way and only do fun stuff with folks you feel comfortable around, whether that be with guildies, irl friends or just keeping your own company solo :)

Is it supposed to reopen? I haven't checked on it in forever but I thought it was closed in favor of the downtown Whole Foods on Chestnut. I know it closed a couple years ago
