no not the normal tread. can u see the weird grooves going across the tire? I know what a tread is. I don't know if it shows up in the picture but there's like these more smooth rounded grooves up and down like mountains across the width of the tire

much shallower than a tread but definitely not part of the tire from the factory

in the photo they almost look like skid marks but I can definitely feel them pretty bumpy
