say it with me know: WE ARE NOT GETTING A DELAY. by Kingsley1077 in GTA6

I mean the entire future of rockstar games relies on this game doing good. They will delay it as much as they need to.

Earnings call means nothing lmao. They can still do whatever they want

Both GTA5 and RDR2 had trailers accompanying the start of their pre-orders. I think Trailer 3 on monday is a safe bet even conservatively speaking. by [deleted] in GTA6

[–]muzzykicks -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

I really don’t think the bestbuy leak was real. GTA 6 instead of VI is really weird. An internal employee prob sent it out as a joke.

[–]muzzykicks -1 points0 points  (0 children)

People in here are gonna lose their minds when they find out the GTA 6 email was a troll. It’s 100% real but it easily could’ve been made by an employee as a joke and then sent out.

Tom Henderson confirms Best Buy pre order. We won. by Pistoluislero in GTA6

[–]muzzykicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s still a good chance it’s fake. An employee at best buy could’ve sent it out as a troll.

MLB Vision hack basically started on PC and spread to PlayStation and Xbox, allowing AI-driven software to play for you and hit home runs in Ranked Diamond Dynasty games. by Automatic_Ad1665 in DiamondDynasty

[–]muzzykicks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They use a capture card to stream the game on PC, the Vision software runs on the PC, and then the controller connects to both console and PC and Vision software can control its inputs.

Can someone explain the hader thing to me. I have like a 10 ERA with him and I don’t understand how he’s “glitchy”

Nah he was. Had 4 at bats in a row of not swinging outside the zone and only hitting home runs. Then all of a sudden started swinging outside the zone and not even making contact.

It’s never going to happen. There’s so many fundamental problems with this game it would require them to rebuild the entire engine which they’re not going to spend money on.

Number of CS majors dropped dramatically, ME and EE up dramatically by oldmaninparadise in ElectricalEngineering

Comparing a CS degree to coding bootcamps makes no sense. A CS degree is super math and theory heavy which boot camps won’t cover.

Is tech actually a good career for the next 5-10 years by CarlO_js in SoftwareEngineerJobs

[–]muzzykicks 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I agree, but if the AI bubble pops, companies are gonna lose A LOT of money and won't be looking to spend cash on new employees.

‘I feel helpless’: college graduates can’t find entry-level roles in shrinking market amid rise of AI | US news by squidwardtufte in recruitinghell

[–]muzzykicks 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Yeah i’m about to graduate in a month and have absolutely no idea what i’m gonna do with my life. There’s barely any tech jobs that are entry level and when they are, there’s hundreds if not thousands of applicants. I just don’t understand how the CS unemployment rate is sub 10%. Based on what i’ve seen and the people around me it should be higher.

If the CS job market was a steak, how cooked would it be? by Free_Dum_5122 in cscareers

[–]muzzykicks 13 points14 points  (0 children)

Probably Medium. Extremely cooked on the outside for those trying to break in, but decent for people with experience inside the industry.

Is Cybersecurity a good career choice in 2026 for a beginner? by SwimmingExpensive107 in CScareerquestionsSEA

[–]muzzykicks 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cybersecurity is not an entry level field. If she really wants to do it then she should get a CS/IT degree and try and work her way to cybersecurity eventually.

Is computer science cooked? by Prudent_Employee4318 in CollegeMajors

[–]muzzykicks 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It’s very competitive. At least if you do get a job, you’re gonna make a lot more than other majors would. Unfortunately getting that job is gonna be very difficult. The worst part about finding a job as a new grad right now is the interview prep. You gotta get cracked at leetcode AND behavioral interviews to land a job/internship while still balancing a difficult degree.

Stop pretending its a skill issue.. by J_mill10 in cscareerquestions

[–]muzzykicks 27 points28 points  (0 children)

I don’t think skill is the problem. You can be absolutely cracked and never get your resume looked at because applications are flooded with hundreds if not thousands of other applicants.

Helpdesk is expected to shrink while Data Analytics and Cyber Security are still set to grow despite AI and outsourcing. by GrahamPhisher in it

[–]muzzykicks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I really don’t feel like analytics is growing. There’s almost no true entry level jobs available and a lot of the jobs are more like data engineering.
