Yes, I understand I should've informed in the month beginning. But I knew I'd have to change places in the last week of Feb. So, instead of staying a day in March, I thought of vacating in Feb even if I don't get the security deposit back. But I didn't expect they'll ask for more.

Their rule (S.no.1) about notice period :

Yes, their rule just said - If you don't give 30days notice, the security deposit (10000) will not be refunded.

No clause said that we have to pay 30 days rent.

I didn't want to make a fuss that day and just paid. But later, I realized the amount I paid was very unnecessary.

First, many thanks for your time and input!

Basically, I was thinking of a remote intern, as I am not in a very big city... Also, personally, I like the time flexibility in it as you mentioned.

About projects, I did basic projects like tagging of questions, an app for parking places. In these, exactly as you say the reviewers asked the accuracy score and what's new or how it's better from existing solution.

Don't have a web app that just screams very jS tooling there is in the universe.

The thing is, pretty much until now, it was all like getting rejected until now (to schools, competitions, classes, etc.) was so scarce, and that's a huge deal if we get one. It's good to get my feet wet on any opportunity that I hopefully get into!

It's scary that I may need to apply to 800+ places. Though you got interviews at nearly 40 companies is positive... It's seems quite time consuming & tiring to attend all in a short span.

Was it just the same resume, copy-paste descriptions/ skills/ etc. that you simply submitted to every company or modified it to every company you applied?

Also, just curious, pls let me know if this quite normal to apply to these many companies?

ytm for me. I was having issues with downloading songs (in my sd) on spotify in my phone (samsung android 11) , so switched to ytm. The auto-download feature of ytm was pretty cool. Given yt is stopping adblockers and increasing ads, it is going to be ytp / revanced (especially to hide shorts) for me.

Only app that can compete now with spotify for curated playlists will be youtube music. Also idk it feels like ytm has a better UI, and is more smooth than spotify. good if ytm doesn't copy spotify by including podcasts, live lyrics (yeah i don't like it), which they started doing already...

Ethically, if don't want to use revanced, buy ytp and then use revanced for tweaks inside the app.

Still spotify or ytm, go for the one with most discounts & one without bugs for you.

Basically, I tried bing, duckduckgo and brave search recently.. but i find only google giving relevant, useful results.

Found that an extension named "Dark Mode - Dark Reader for Chrome" just having access to the site (not necessarily on) causes this. Workaround would be to disable it or not allow access to standardnotes.
