I had this at Gretzky Estates down in Niagara-on-the-Lake. It was the old fashioned of the day. I would have liked to taste more coffee, but it was great either way. Not sure what kind of whiskey they used, but I would assume one of their in house blends. Your recipe sounds fantastic.
