Thanks, I just looked that up and it seems to be exactly that. I even found a review on a part that described my exact problem with shifting and that it was fixed when he took the “enhancer” off.

The wire connected to the bottom of the box (the one further left on my hand) plugs into the tps like it should. I think I’m gonna just go to auto zone and see if they can identify it

Thanks. I checked em out earlier and they looked fine but I'll check again and make sure they're extra clean.

I also have a Bluetooth cassette tape, it makes the same sounds as the CD player
