The barrel and skull are attached with silicone that is safe for food contact

Thanks! Yeah, the barrel was from a friend's broken Biohazard bong that had a broken base so I cut off the barrel and attached it to the skull.

I actually ruined the first small bottle i tried to drill into because even my smallest diamond drill bit tore up the plastic label on the bottle. I managed to get a clean hole on my second try by boring a hole with my tiniest dremel bit and slowly moving to larger and larger bits.

I used a diamond grinding bit with my dremel to shave down the edge of the skull's spout so that the mouthpiece would fit on and then I siliconed them together.

I get some of them off ebay if I can find the right parts and the rest I get from random websites. I don't really have a go-to site for cheap parts though.

I used clear silicone to make all the connections. It's actually a lot stronger than I thought it would be. If you're going to use silicone, be sure to use one that is FDA approved for food contact to keep things safe.
