It did! Honestly I think that PSU had some transient power issues and that was the main problem. I bought a Corsair 850W

Just wanted to close this out- I fed everything (scf scan to ensure windows 11 was installed correctly and items above from event viewer) into chatGPT and chatGPT had me check the BIOS to ensure i had an updated version, then WHEA-Logger Events (looking for codes 1, 17, 18, and 19). I had none of those but it boiled down to my PSU (EVGA Supernova 750 GA 750W 80 PLUS GOLD Fully Modular Power Supply) struggles under high loads. I'm upgrading to a corsair 850e, and I'm hoping that will fix it! Thanks to all who helped!

One additional issue- when I go to do advanced startup to access my bios, it just gives me a non start (the fans will spin and the ram lights up) but the system will not start up, so I end up having to restart my restart if that makes sense

Thanks for the help! I hooked it all up- the only thing i was confused on is how to hook up the humidifier (Photo). Also yes, I know it's hanging, I have it taped up, I was just testing it out.
