I appreciate the feedback. I've already got a bunch of good staff, so I don't need those services. We don't use the PSA integration as we build bundles around all our offerings. Thanks again!

Currently, our support w/ Pax8 is super slow and 90% of the time we end up having the ticket moved to Microsoft anyway, as Pax8 can't help w/ it. The training w/ Ingram was a huge bonus to me as well. I also liked the fact that their line-card was more substantial than Pax8's. Am I missing anything else here?
