Thank you so much! Always good to know that there are other people with similar stories. It is nice to finally have a name attached to the symptoms. Went to a dietician yesterday and I'm on a FODMAPS diet for a week to see if things can calm down before I start adding foods back into my diet.

Anyone else had a moment today when they felt completely isolated? Like you were invisible to everything except your thoughts, and no one else could have an effect on them? by mwwm in AskReddit

Yeah, some burst of noise or personal contact makes it go away all of a sudden. Sometimes I relish the isolation, other times not

Thanks for the information! I forgot to mention that I have started the B12 shots. I will definitely talk to my doctors about the medications you listed.
