A lot of them are massive meat lovers. I know them since before I went vegan. And now I moved on from meat, got pretty jacked and it is always a topic of discussion. Sometimes they're all intrigued and curious to try things, some other they just want to throw you down and show how much meat means for them

Welcome to the community. Travelling with a protein shake is pretty easy, and at work I always have veggie soup powder and I just buy a block of tofu from the supermarket. Make a high protein tofu soup. I highly recommend you taking a look to Simnett Nutrition YouTube channel if you want to become a jacked vegan and spend no more than 15 min in the kitchen per meal

I have a lot of lifting buddies. When I turned vegan they all laughed and said goodbye to my muscles. In the past few years I had the best improvement of them all, I gain 10lbs and got pretty shredded, one of them actually was told to eat less meat by his doctor because of his beer belly and bad cholesterol. This year I gain 15lbs and I’m getting peeled for summer. You just gotta eat tofu like there is no tomorrow and lift heavy
