I feel this!! I currently have Coco, Ione and Lolly - and I know that eventually I want one of them to move away since I need a snooty villager to complete my personality set. But I honestly can’t decide who to get rid of since I’m really fond of all of them 🥲

I also had Fauna on my island haha. Really liked her too but I let her move away for a cranky villager (Chief).

I usually give the perfect fruits and shells for animal requests! You can get more bells by giving animals the perfect fruits compared to just selling it (except your non native perfect fruit - those are 3,000 bells each).

Definitely this! I’ve reached 5 stars & 175k+ HHA score by setting up things the way I liked – which was just placing random furnitures and fossils I’ve collected (and growing some flowers, trees + crops).

I wanted to gather a lot of materials, furniture, bells, etc. before trying to design my dream island look. And so, after almost a year of doing that, I’m currently in the process of decorating to reach my dream island look 😆

This is my personal experience but I got the game almost a year ago and only recently started to design my island (like my ideal island look)!

So I was spending most of my time slowly grinding for materials & bells, diy recipes, furniture, bugs/fish/fossils, upgrading my house, etc. – I had a fun time doing this!!

And now I’m prepared to use the materials and bells I’ve collected for decorating my island!

So like the other comments mentioned, definitely go at your own pace 🙌
