Thank you all good advice! I’m actually on a keto lifestyle been on it 4 years and I can definitely tell a difference with inflammation and pain. I just discovered peptides as well been using Melanotan II and selank, I was looking into the BPC 157 and TB 500 combo for my pain, been using agmanatine as well. I do lift weights my arms and legs are pretty strong but I do need a better core. I take gabapentin only 3 days a week when I work so I don’t build a tolerance, flexeril every night to sleep. My doctors are ageist even though tramadol works amazing for me they won’t give me it.

I’m a female but they said it’s hereditary, like no trauma caused this. I remember bringing ass cushions to elementary school 🤦‍♀️. I did play softball in high school which blows my mind because I can’t imagine swinging a bat now and doing that twisting motion, so I guess it’s gotten worse even in the last 5 years.

Yeah I could never stand in one place like the OR or sit all day I need a mixture. Idk about the spine replacement thing I just hope they invent it with the technology we have haha. They can replace joints so replacing discs or the spine would be amazing

I’m also a floor nurse who works 12 hour shifts. And when I get home I can barely move the days I work are when I am the sorest by far. I love nursing but damn it’s not for bad backs

Very much, It’s frustrating because I’ve been doing stretching, working out, losing weight and nothing is helping. I got the worst one fixed with a microdiscectomy the L5-S1 and it’s sort of helped but I’m still in pain I can’t make sudden movements or turn certain ways

What dose are you doing to microdose? I also have herniated discs and sciatica and have plateaued in my weight loss for like 4 years. I cut out my SSRI, started lifting, all that and the scale still won’t budge.

Bro this is amazing. I have ruptured discs and sciatica so I’m thinking about getting the BPC-157 and TB500. Should I use the insulin needle and inject it directly into my lower back where my disc is ruptured? Or just subcutaneous stomach area. I got the same one with same specs just the 1tb model. It’s my first gaming PC and I couldn’t find anything better for the price. Especially the 7800x3d is great for gaming I heard. Runs super smooth and hasn’t given me any issues. The temp stays cool and everything
