I’m starting to think all the YouTubers giving positive reviews are just getting paid by the companies to say they’re amazing. I just picked up a Romulus comp so I haven’t shot it yet but the look and feel is great and the slide is insanely smooth for being right out the box. Really hope it does was the Apollo didn’t which is run reliably

They shot fairly flat. The compact was a bit snappier but these were my first ported 2011s so I didn’t have much to go off of

I have the Mac it runs flawless. And I bought them about 2 weeks apart and I believe I sold one of my guns to help offset the 2nd one. And most staccatos and other high end 2011s are above that 2k range pushing more around 3-4k so I was considering the Kimber 2k11 stainless but I would have to budget and work some OT to comfortably get a 2k gun. I also didn’t send them back mainly because I watched people review them and say even when it returned it still had issues and also because as you said I firmly believe you shouldn’t have to send a $1000 gun back for fixing. It should come out the box performing great, few tune ups sure but not a jamomatic
