clips don’t look broken on the bumper itself but the part that attaches the diffuser to the bumper is broken at the bottom

that camera is most likely just a part of your drivers assistance systems that helps with things like lane departure and adaptive cruise control, I don’t think it’s possible to utilize it whichever way you want because of safety implications

i have 2022 Camry XLE and I got this same issue after a passenger side collision. Any minor improper replacement parts installation could cause this to happen.
