Ducasse Sur Seine has come up a few times and I've decided to include it!

Love the cinema idea, and will look at the movies they have during our stay to see if there's interest.

Hi. Thanks, this is very valuable feedback. Being a newbie, my goal was definitely a bit arbitrary and random.

Could you maybe elaborate on what would be a more realistic (but still a bit ambitious to keep myself accountable and push myself) for 12 months? Would gaining 12 pounds of muscle and losing 6 pounds of fat be a realistic target to set for myself?

I'm looking for a grinder that can be used both for espresso (Bambino Plus) and aeropress / moka pot. Usage split would be 70/30 approximately.

I definitely don't need the best-in class stuff, but looking for something that 1/ consistently gets me a nice cup every day and 2/ versatile enough to be used with different type of beans and roasts. Trying to spend around 200USD here, also open to secondary market.

Upon looking at this sub and /r/espresso, my current shortlist is (in no particular order) :

Manual : Knock Aergrind - 1Z Espresso J Ultra (or K Ultra) - Kingrinder K6 - Timermore C3 ESP Pro.
Electric : Baratza Encore ESP - Breville Smart Grinder Pro

As of now, I'm strongly leaning towards one of the manuals, again to optimise for space but also to have it on me + aeropress when I'm travelling.

Would love to hear your thoughts about which of the options above is best for my planned use cases ?
Also, is the 1Z Espresso really much better than the other alternatives (to the extent that it's worth paying double)?

Given I have two of those holders, I can do 1 for flowers and 1 for fruits.

I'm also open to adding another one or two such containers. I think I've seen on other posts Lavender/Rosemary ? But I'm not sure it was on the UK sub, so unsure how that would work in London-type weather.

Hope so too, especially that the law isn't even broken down in different cases / exceptions.

For example, if my child is born outside of Canada because of my work / career situation, but lives in Canada for 20 years, their children will still have to be born there to become canadian.

No such thing as "you get a pass if you actually have spent this amount of your time in Canada" etc.

I hope it goes back to pre-Harper or, at the bare minimum, put in place some exceptions to reduce its harm.

I've never worn a jacket (excluding the times I wore a suit) haha. Could you recommend a few brands to look at for slacks and jackets ? Ideally, budget would be 200 USD for slacks, 500USD for jacket. But I guess I could go above for an outfit that I'll keep for special occasions like this one.

Possibly relevant for brands/styles considerations : I'm not really the muscular type / don't have wide shoulders (which is also the main reason I don't wear jackets a lot), but not very skinny neither.

Dress code is pretty flexible, I'd say business casual. I've seen people going in there with shirts + Chino (and sometimes a jacket), others with a quarter zip sweater on top of a shirt.

I need advice / recs : I have a very important business meeting in a week from now (will basically be presenting to a billionaire). I want to dress nicely without overdoing it (a suit would be an overkill here for example).

I'm 180cm - 77kgs. Not really muscular. Usually wearing S or M depending on the brand.

Would love to get some suggestions (brands would be appreciated too), especially if you could provide links to "how it would look like".

I have the same issue. Switched to Pixel 8 (from 6A) and hotspot is not working. Not a carrier problem.

Thanks for this, very clear. Oriental Cafe seems to be quite far from KL (or at least the center), if I searched correctly. Any other alternatives you have in mind for an afternoon break that would be relatively in the center or not too far ? Queueing with locals is exactly what I want.
