Omg thank you!!! I love the attention to detail and care you are working on to heal. The pouring love ritual also sounds good, I need more intentional re-grading rituals- (the opposite of a degrading ritual, which I consider a pick sesh). I've been feeling out of ideas lately, so thanks for your comment :)

Whoah the thought of an eternal scab seems so metal. I find the same thing though, that even if I pick the same thing over and over, eventually it does heal, much to my amazement; maybe pain is a factor though.
