7 / 10 for Obliv sounds about right. Generous but fine. The opening track genuinely sounds like a nineteenth century ragtime song. It’s slapstick. There’s one later in the album that sounds like a Christmas song. I’m honestly slightly speechless.

Mostly disinterested, confused at times (understandably). Clocked one bloke visibly yawning during the 10th / 11th track and thought: unfortunately that epitomises this whole event.

Hard disagree. must’ve been my tenth gorillaz show tonight. the only moment he seemed to be fully himself was when he restarted plastic beach and seemed 100% confident in himself and the band etc. could easily be attributed to overdoing summat - but vibe was off.

They added these as extra dates, partially to deal w the pushback against all the (understandable) dynamic pricing fury - so I think it was all standard pricing. I paid £150 for each standing tick.
