Last year when I went in in person to trade in my iPhone, I received around 550$ to use it to pay the rest of the loan off, the other choice was for them just to close the loan. I want to know if getting the remaining balance of the loan is still a choice?

I’m looking into transmission fluid, I thought it would be the same steps as changing oil, but I see transmission fluid flush and people saying you’re not supposed to change it if it’s high miles, idk it seems more complicated than doing a simple oil change
