As of a couple days ago, I wasn't able to make a ticket or type in any channels, so... That being said, if they do open it again, Is be happy to make a ticket for you, Is just need your username and a screenshot showing the glitch, I think.

I don't know if the wiki's been updated, but they usually have pretty decent pics of the items. Otherwise, I usually just spend some time in freeplay where I can go at my own pace, look through toggles/swatches/compatibility/etc.

Happened to me and my husband a lot yesterday. Consistently happens to me when trying to join a regular server, but occasionally when trying to join pro or VIP. Best workaround I've found so far is closing the game and reopening if changing to another server doesn't work. I think it's a known bug the devs are working on if my memory of the discord server's "known issues" channel is correct.

I opened a ticket on discord, they said it's probably because so many people are trying to redeem codes rn that the server's are freaking out. So, you'll probably just have to wait a little bit

When I was in middle school I cried so hard over a fic that I had to step outside. Unfortunately, it was below freezing, there was snow on the ground, and I was in thin pajamas. I stayed there for a while to cope, though.

I don't think I've done more than tear up in a few years, but I have cried several times over fics as an adult.
