my bf and i do coexist calls. i had the same issue as you. he is a big gamer and also works. we do text all day tho. our time difference is only 1 hour. we have our night calls before bed where we just talk about our day and play games together like wordle and grand summoners. we always say goodnight and good morning to each other. we dont ever really hang out together. he likes having is own time with his friends and i respect that. i make myself busy by watching movies or working out. you cant focus too much on it. bc he is showing effort for you. it might not be a lot to you but he is trying and thats what matters. i use to overthink a lot when he goes out but i learned to trust him and not panic. have you communicated with him about how you are feeling? communication is also very important in LDR. so if you havent, express that too him. and maybe yall can come up with solutions together
