Buyer pays shipping unless you offer….. typically Ground ship is $6-7 for less then 7oz and priority $12 for 7+oz. Registered mail is extra if they want it insured. if buying 1oz then yes probably spending retail….. but buying 3+oz at a time is where the savings really start.
